The book is "Born to Run" by Chris MacDougall... Warning: this book is dangerous! In my opinion, every copy should come with at least 2 more books attached: "Barefoot Running Step by Step" by Ken Bob Saxton and "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf. I'll be posting reviews (along with how they changed me) of all of these books and more soon.
Great post Mo! I have blogged for many years now and can say my only advice is to stick with it. It can be wonderfully rewarding if nothing more than a chance to reflect on your own thoughts. Great start and I look forward to following.
Oh, and thanks for the book recommendation. Sounds like one I would like, I love being a runner but can't say it has always been kind to me.
Chris, I would encourage you to pick up a copy of "Barefoot Running step-by-step" by Ken Bob Saxton. That was the book that actually taught me painless form.
What book did he suggest you read?
